The River City is set to swelter through the heat this week, with summer coming early!
“Monday and Tuesday are looking to be the hottest days this week with temperatures through a pretty wide area reaching the mid-to-high 30s,” Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Kimba Wong said.
Today will reach a high of 34C, and tomorrow is going to get even hotter, soaring up to 36C.
Ms Wong said Brisbane might go through its hottest October day in over 14 years.
Ipswich and the Lockyer Valley could get even hotter, reaching into the low 40s.
