Delta and Swiss Air have both signed up for the new Bombardier CS100 aircraft.
The newly designed plane will have wider middle seats to better accommodate overweight passengers.
These middle seats will be 19 inches, wider than the Boeing 737’s (17.3 inches) and Airbus A319 (18 inches).
The aircraft will have wider aisles along with bigger luggage bins.

The plane was built following multiple requests from commercial airlines who wanted to offer more comfortable flying conditions to all passengers.
It’s believed nearly 7,000 aircraft from the C Series will be ordered by airlines over the next 20 years.
