If you’re anything like me, you love a novelty.
You’ll also be well aware that food that’s a bit of a novelty makes for some damn good eating.
You’ll ALSO know that ramen noodles are having a definite ‘moment’ – in fact, they’ve been having a moment for quite some time now.
Yep, they’re the best.
Thin, delicious and for more than just throwing into soups! Ramen noodles really are the bomb in other ways.
Like, when they’re made into a bun. No not a BIG burger bun, but a slider bun. Crispy on the outside, silky on the inside.
Well, I found a place that does the BEST ramen noodle sliders, and it’s called One Tea Grill in Hawker Lane, Chatswood.
Basically Hawker Lane is your one stop stop for the most delicious, alternative Asian cuisines, from pho, to hand-torn noodles and the biggest schnitzels EVER.
But I have to tell you, the 3-for-$15 ramen noodle sliders with barbecue pork or roast duck are a MUST! They also do wagyu sliders, with cheese and tomato and everything!
