With Christmas fast approaching, many are searching for the perfect festive dessert. While Christmas puddings are traditional, many are put off by the dried fruit and heavy custard.
British University student Natalie Tyner has come up with the perfect solution. She’s created a mouth water Christmas pudding out of Maltesers!
The nifty Brit started by baking a chocolate dome shaped cake. She then covered the cake with ganache and Maltesers. In place of custard she poured melted white chocolate and topped with candied cherries. Genius!
