Last night, Daniel Jofre took out the title of ‘The Biggest Loser’ for 2015.
Part of Michelle Bridges’ team, Daniel managed to shed a total of 51 kilos throughout the competition – and score himself a whopping $100,000 prize.
He lost an awesome 39.09% body weight, which was a phenomenal result – and one that saw him beat his brothers.
So, what was part of the winning recipe for Daniel’s success?
Apart from a lot of exercise, his diet changed drastically, too.
Here’s what his day on a plate looked like: (Take notes!)
Breakfast: Ricotta quinoa pancakes with banana and raspberries
Mid-morning snack: Apple and a punnet of strawberries
Lunch: Stir-fried beef with veggies and ginger
Mid-afternoon snack: Carrot and celery sticks with hummus and a yoghurt.
Dinner: Grilled salmon with parsley, chickpea and caper salad.
