Carb lovers rejoice!

Italian scientists have some good news – eating pasta doesn’t actually make you fat, and it might even help with weight loss!

Italian researchers examined the diets of over 23,000 adults and discovered that pasta consumption was actually associated with a lower prevalence of obesity as well as a healthy body mass index (BMI).
