Madonna has just announced her Rebel Heart Australian Tour for March 2016.  Her first tour live Down Under in 23 years, which will see her visit New Zealand for the very first time.

The Rebel Heart Tour begins in Montreal on September 9 this year and is set to continue throughout North America, then UK and Europe.

On Thursday, the one-time “Material Girl” uploaded a video showing herself, in her word, “channeling” the riff to Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love.”  She’s dressed all in black in the clip and rocking a black ESP E-II “Flying V”-shaped axe.

It’s not the first time Madonna has showcased her guitar skills. She rocked some Pantera licks on her 2008 Sweet and Sour Tour. Decibel even ran an interview with her guitarist and teacher, Monte Pittman, who’s toured and recorded with the New York-based metal band Prong.

Tickets for Madonna’s Rebel Heart Australian Tour go on sale Monday July 6 through Ticketek.
