A lot of people were shocked yesterday when Ben Barba, who was on the field with his Sharks teammates, spotted his teammate, Chris Heighington’s son Rocco in the road of an unmanned buggy.
It seems that just after the Sharks’ win, Rocco Heighington made his way onto the field after the siren and was knocked over by the buggy, which was unmanned at the time.
According to reports, the buggy took off after a corner post was thrown inside and landed on the accelerator.
Barba spotted the scene and was able to scoop up the three-year-old in time.
Reports out of Sharks camp is that though Rocco is shaken up, he’s okay.
His dad Chris took to Instagram to let everyone know how Rocco is doing.
