Robin Williams’ estate in Napa, California has been sold for $18.1 million, after spending over three years on and off the market.

The sprawling property, which features a mansion and a working vineyard, was originally listed in 2012 for $35 million and became available again in 2014 for $29.9 million.

But the estate, named Villa Sorriso, has now been purchased by French winemakers Alfred and Melanie Tesseron of Chateau Pontet-Canet for $18.1 million, which is far less than the original asking price, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Williams committed suicide at his home in Tiburon, California during a battle with depression in 2014 at the age of 63.
