Florence Henderson, who played one of television’s most wholesome mothers, has died.
She was surrounded by family and friends, her manager Kayla Pressman confirmed in a statement.
Heart failure is believed to be the cause of death.
Henderson, 82, was best known for playing matriarch Carol Brady on The Brady Bunch between 1969 and 1974.
She had also made appearances on The Love Boat, Ally McBeal, 30 Rock and the US version of Dancing With The Stars.
According to IMDb.com, Henderson was twice married with four children.
