Jennifer Aniston is often viewed as one of those untouchable celebrities that doesn’t speak out and doesn’t let a whole heap get to her.
She’s chosen to stay silent over some of the bigger, more controversial moments in her life, like losing her husband, Brad Putt, to Angelina Jolie.
She’s incredibly private, but she gave a very honest response uring a live fan Q&A at the Giffoni Film Festival in Italy this weekend.
There was one fan question that saw Jen become extremely candid, “have you ever had a moment in which you get up a morning and you don’t know who you are”?
Aniston appeared emotional for a moment before replying, “Yes!” “That moment has happened to me, like I can’t even, there’s not enough fingers and toes in this entire room to count how many times that has happened,” Aniston said, brushing back tears.
“I mean, my gosh, we’re all human beings at the end of the day, whether we’re a waitress or a baker or a student or whatever we are, at the end of the day you kind of hit walls and think you can’t go any farther and think this is too much, my heart can’t take it or the pain is too great. Am I good enough? Will I survive? You just have to sort of somehow miraculously overcome.”
