When rock icon’s Mick Jagger and David Bowie teamed up to record ‘Dancing In The Street’ in 1985 to help raise funds for Live Aid the song became an instant classic that still gets plenty of airplay today.

The video clip for the song however, was a little hit and miss.

The video was actually filmed the same day that they recorded the song as they were both pressed for time.

The final result was interesting to say the least, as it was obvious the two were both a bit tired after a long day and had no real ideas about what to do in the video, which resulted in scenes featuring such on-the-fly choreography as this….

and whatever the hell THIS is…

The clip has been rated by some as one of the worst of all time, but we think it’s actually pretty charming, and we admire them for recording the song and video in one day all for a worthy cause.

And now the video has received the ultimate tribute, being remade in Lego!

Vimeo user William Osbourne has remade the entire video, scene by scene, enjoy!
