We’ve finally got a name for the forthcoming Star Wars spinoff film: Rogue One.

Disney chairman and CEO Bob Iger revealed the news Thursday morning. Godzilla director Gareth Edwards will helm the film, and Oscar-nominated actress Felicity Jones will star.

Rogue One will begin filming this summer and will be released on December 16, 2016.

Additionally, the release date for Star Wars: Episode VIII has been revealed.

The followup to this December’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens will hit theaters May 26, 2017 – 40 years and a day after the release of the first Star Wars film – Star Wars: A New Hope – in 1977.

Episode VIII will be directed by Rian Johnson, whose directing credits include Looper and Breaking Bad. Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the first film in the series since 2005’s Revenge of the Sith, will be directed by J.J. Abrams and will star Oscar Isaac, Daisy Ridley and John Boyega, as well as returning stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill.

It will be released December 18 this year. Visit www.starwars.com for all info on the galaxy far, far away.
