After coming so close to making it to the I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here grand finale, ex Gogglebox star Angie Kent is ready for a new adventure!

Channel Ten is reportedly on the lookout for further casting opportunities for those who are exiting the jungle, and that includes the vivacious Angie Kent.

When asked whether she would be open to being this year’s Bachelorette, she expressed her interest in the program.

“I always said, ‘God no’, but you know what, I think after having more time on television now and being on the other side of the couch… I reckon I could be an alright Bachelorette,” she told Yahoo.

“I’m definitely open to finding somebody. I just turned 29 so home girl’s not getting any younger, so for sure!”

Oh. My. Days! I’m back on social media-ish.! I’m scared to go back to the norm. I miss smelling of fire and mainly only showering in a waterfall. This is my first post since being booted from the most surreal, intense, emotional, next level experience of my life! It’s been almost 2 days since I’ve slept and left the jungle so it’s safe to say I’m quite the zombie. I just wanted to thank everyone who voted for me! My beautiful best friends and manager who ran my social pages @robertverschuer @stageaddiction @sarmcguire …my amazing friends and family who I’m more than sure supported and voted for me! And everyone who I don’t know who voted too! All your votes did not go to waste my dear babooz, because every time you texted to save my fat, sweaty, awkward head, money went to my charity of choice @mission_aust ! Amazing -a -ling! Now listen, @imacelebrityau has been an absolute solid gold kick in the dick, but my god, I loved every moment, and I truly didn’t want to leave. The South African jungle was my home. @drchrisbrown and @ladyjuliamorris were everything I dreamed of and more. Massive thanks to them and the whole production team. What a bunch of heart throbs. I’ve had the best time and I refuse to let the outside world aka social media, get in the way of how magical that experience was, and how hard I worked to face my fears, stripped from all vices and comforts and get through every, sometimes ground hog and sometimes anxiety ridden day. No one knows how next level the journey is unless they’ve done it, or worked on it ! And I’m so stoked with it all! Im slightly scared to come back to reality! I’ve loved my intense but simple jungle life! Now to see if my gal @yvie_jones will take home the crown 👑 or the legend that is @shanebcrawford OR my jungle soul mate, big daddy @the_richardreid …tough competition and they all deserve to win! But there can only be one! This Sunday y’all will see! Be there, or be square or somethin 👊🏼✊🏼 #imacelebrityau #southafrica #missionaustralia #junglefever #junglehurrdontcurr

As for the kind of partner she’s looking for, Angie would rather meet somebody who makes her laugh than a supermodel.

So as long as if I did something like that, they didn’t send in a bunch of meat [inaudible] d**chebags, I think I would be open to it.”

In 2018, the 29-year-old was “turned off dating” but wants that to change this year.

“I haven’t dated properly in years… I had a little bit of a whirlwind last year that turned me off dating for a while but it’s a new year and I’m a new woman so if I can take on the jungle, I reckon I can take on potentially dating again.”

If you can spend a month in the jungle, then you can pretty much do anything. We don’t know about you but we’ll be watching!
