It has literally been a decade and we’re finally getting some insight into the highly anticipated Avatar sequel.

Can you believe the first film, Avatar, was released back in 2009? It has been reported that we will have to wait until December 2021 for the first of a series of penned sequels.

Taking to Instagram & Twitter, the official Avatar accounts released a series of pictures from the upcoming sequels.

“In the Avatar sequels, you won’t just return to Pandora – you’ll explore new parts of the world,” the post caption read.
