Love knitting, but never really get around to it? Now you can create a knitted hat without lifting a finger. Behold, the ‘Rocking Knit’, a multi-tasking rocking chair that knits as you rock back and forth.

Designed by Damien Ludi and Colin Peillex, the chair uses kinetic energy, produced from the rocker’s gliding motion, to knit a winter hat as you gently sway back and forth.

Chill out, read the paper and make a hat without even trying…
