Just a few short weeks into the what was touted as a new era for good governance, Campbell Newman has had to dump his recently-appointed Police Minister, David Gibson, for speeding and driving while unlisted. 

It is a major blow to the claims of responsible government made by Mr Newman and his LNP. 

Laurel, Gary & Mark spoke to the Courier-Mail's Chief Political Reporter Steve Wardill about whether this astonishing sacking, just 14-days into the role, will have any lasting effect on the Newman Government's reputation.
