Queensland Toddler's Stepfather To Face Court

The stepfather charged over the death of Queensland toddler Mason Jet Lee is set to face court on Monday to see whether he will be committed to stand trial.

William Andrew O'Sullivan, 36, is one of three people charged with the manslaughter of the 21-month-old boy, who was found dead at a Caboolture home, north of Brisbane, on June 11.

O'Sullivan, who has been in custody since his arrest in late July, will front the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday morning for a committal hearing.

He has been charged with manslaughter, cruelty to children and two counts of contravening a domestic violence order.

Mason's mother Ann Maree Lee and teenager Ryan Robert Barry Hodson are also in custody.

Lee is set to have her matter mentioned in the same court on Monday.
