Qld men burned in hot tar explosion
Two men have suffered serious burns after a barrel of hot tar exploded at a rural property south of Gympie.
One of the men was flown to a Brisbane hospital with burns to his hand, leg and airway.
The other was taken to the Sunshine Coast hospital with burns to his hand and leg.
Both are in a serious but stable condition.

Firefighters were called to the Tuchekoi property on Sunday afternoon and put out the fire before it could do any structural damage.
