Five Hooded Men Rob Qld Convenience Store

Five hooded men have threatened a convenience store worker with knives before stealing cash, tobacco products, personal property and her car during a late night hold-up in Brisbane's south.

The men, three armed with knives, parked a stolen car outside the Yeronga business about 10.40pm on Monday and entered the store wearing black hoodies with torn clothing covering their faces, police say.

One of the men demanded the 40-year-old woman hand over money from two cash registers before threatening her with a knife and ordering her to open the store's safe.

She was unable to open the safe and the men then escaped with cash, tobacco products, the woman's mobile phone and her car.

The men are described as tall and skinny and of African appearance, and all were wearing dark clothing including hooded jumpers and black gloves.
