15YO Charged With Death Of Passenger In Stolen Vehicle
Police have charged a 15 year old boy following a traffic incident that occurred at Stafford on September 22.
It is alleged that the boy was driving a stolen vehicle when it crashed into the front of a house, killing one of two passengers.

"Around 2am it will be alleged that the boy was driving a stolen vehicle, containing two 15-year-old male passengers when it left the road, crashed through a fence and hit the front of a house on Appleby Road, killing one of the passengers," the police report reads.
"The boy and the other passenger fled the scene on foot.
"A 15-year-old boy has been charged with one count each of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and driving without a licence.
"Investigations are continuing."
