The movie industry was born in 1895 in Paris when Auguste and Louis Lumiere showed their first movie to an invited audience.

Pink Floyd held down the number one spot on the US charts in 1980 for Another Brick in The Wall.

The Bee Gee’s released their debut single “The Battle of Blue and Grey” in 1963 – the hit was written by a 16 year old Barry Gibb.

And in 1981 Cold Chisel won seven awards at the Countdown Rock Awards – after the show they trashed the set.
