JonBenet Ramsey's Murderer Revealed...
The murder of JonBenet Ramsay has puzzled investigators for over 20 years. There's been multiple theories and suspects, but still no answer as to who ended the six-year-old's life.
Now, former FBI special agent Jim Clemente claims he knows who the perpetrator is and is ready to reveal the murderer.
After years of shocking sexual assaults and grizzly murders, one case haunted the former agent so much so he couldn't let it go.
“When a six-year-old innocent girl is killed and never got justice, that case is going to bother you. It bothers me,' he said.
Following his retirement, the former special agent continued to work on the case free of charge, before coming up with a brilliant idea.
The former co-producer of Criminal Minds, set about creating a documentary series in the style of Making a Murderer, enlisting the help of world leading experts to finally get some answers.
“The world has heard so many false rumours. The people of the community need to know the truth so they can put pressure on the district attorney. We really want this case to be solved.
“It’s important for her to be able to rest in peace,” he told news.com.au.
The team set out to analyse all the evidence, using state-of-the-art technology. They even rebuilt the relevant parts of the Ramsey house in a warehouse to test out the theories about the beauty queen's violent death.
“We could walk through the rooms, see the spatial relationships, test egress and ingress — who came in and who went out, and what could be seen and heard,” said Mr Clemente. “Being there tells a million words.”
The team included forensic scientist Henry Lee, former Scotland Yard criminal behavioural analyst Laura Richards, Boulder DA's former chief investigator James Kolar, former pathologist Werner Spitz and former FBI agent and forensic linguistic profiler James Fitzgerald.
“We all came to one complete theory that explains everything that happened,” Mr Clemente told news.com.au.
The case was initially investigated as a kidnapping, after JonBenet's mother Patsy called Police to report her daughter missing on Boxing Day morning 1996, after discovering a ransom note demanding $118,000.
It quickly turned to a murder investigation after JonBenet's father John, discovered his daughter's strangled body bound and gagged in the family basement later that day. John and Patsy were soon named as suspects, after officers failed to find any sign of break-in and questions were raised over whether Patsy had written the ransom note. In 2008, DNA found on JonBenet's clothing cleared her parent's names.

The documentary will revisit all of the suspects, and examine the claims JonBenet was silenced with a stun gun. The two part series The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey premieres tonight at 8:40 on Channel Nine. While the identity is yet to be revealed, the series promises to identify just exactly who murdered little JonBenet.
