Robert Downey Jr. Has All His Furniture Shipped Wherever He Goes
This one comes From the Very Bowels of Human Excess: Robert Downey JR. can't feel comfortable in a posh, over-priced apartment unless he has all of his stuff with him.
"Us" magazine says every time Robert moves to a new location to make a movie, he has his apartment done-up the same way.
A so-called "source" says, quote, "Whenever he rents a place, he has all the same furniture sent so there's consistency from rental to rental. It comes in big semis. He does it for a sense of comfort."
For most of us, one move can be a budget-buster but if you're worth an estimated $170 million, you can apparently afford to have basically your whole house shipped out to follow you around.
In fact, he probably doesn't even have to pay for it he should be able to negotiate those expenses into his contracts.
