Eddie Murphy's finance, Paige Butcher, has given birth to a baby boy.

The bub marks Eddie's tenth time as a dad, his second with Paige. 

Max Charles Murphy was born in LA on Friday weighing in at 6 pounds, 11 ounces. 

"Both mother and son are doing well," a combined statement confirmed. 

Murphy also shared son Eric, 29, with former partner Paulette McNeely, son Christian, 28, with Tamara Hood. 

Five children with ex-wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy - Bria, 28, Miles, 26, Shayne Audra, 23, Zola, 18 and Bella 16. 

He is also the father to Angel, 11, whose mother is Spice Girl Mel B.
