Aside from the contents of this statement, the conduct of the Australian Radio Network is governed by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and in particular the following National Privacy Principles.
NATIONAL PRIVACY PRINCIPLES

Australian Radio Network is the exclusive authorised licensee in Australia of iHeartRadio, a service owned and operated by Clear Channel Communications, Inc (Clear Channel) in the United States. Any information provided by you will be either communicated directly to Clear Channel as operator of iHeartRadio or may be communicated by Australian Radio Network to Clear Channel.
Information provided direct to Clear Channel through the iHeartRadio site will be held by Clear Channel in the United States subject to United States privacy law. Clear Channel will provide ARN information regarding your usage of the iHeartRadio site so that we can continue to improve your experience and the performance of the Australian iHeartRadio site. All information received by ARN will be held and managed by ARN in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Statement.
Sharing information, such as comments or song history, via social media will require the transfer of information to a third party website. Engaging the iHeartRadio service through social media may lead to additional information being collected, such as ‘friends’ lists.
